IndulgenceHandbags guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, and makes the Returns process easy. If you wish to return or exchange your item, please notify us immediately through email:  sales@indulgencehandbags.com within 24 hours from the date of delivery. You will then be provided a Return Authorization Form to complete and include in your package, along with return instructions. If we do not receive your notification within 24 hours from the date of delivery, we will not accept any returns.

Following notification, goods must be shipped back to us within the return period: this commences upon delivery of your item(s) and ends 5 calendar days later (returns must be postmarked within 5 calendar days of the date of delivery).

Items which have been returned inline with the Returns Policy will be credited to the original source of payment within 5-10 business days.

All returns will be subject to a $35.00 return transaction fee to cover our handling costs and credit card fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All exchanges are a final sale.

All items must be returned back to us in their original condition as they were sent out to you. This must include any dust bags, tags, labels, serial number cards, authentication cards and boxes that came with the item. We will not accept any returned items with any of the above missing. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled or misused in anyway.

Return your item via USPS, or an equivalent carrier. Make sure that your package is insured and trackable for your protection. Email us with the tracking number as proof of return. Shipping charges for returned goods are the customer's responsibility.

All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped. If for some reason you are not satisifed with the quality of the item, you may send it back to us within 5 days from the date of delivery, and we will exchange it with a new item. We are not responsible for any damages to your item that is beyond our control. All returns must be made within 5 days from the delivery date. We do not accept returns on used items for any reason or after the initial 5 day return period. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our returns requirements, and in such event, the items will be shipped back to your address.
