1. Are your items Authentic?
Yes, all of our items are authentic. Most handbags come with dust bags, most wallets come with boxes. Indulgence Handbags does NOT provide gift wrap service and is not responsible for providing any presentation boxes or shopping bags.
2. Are your items new?
All items are guaranteed unused.
3. Why are your prices lower than the department stores?
We are an online outlet store offering discontinued, closeout and overstock designer merchandise. A portion of the handbags and wallets we carry are display models, retail returns or irregulars, as such, they may have minor imperfections such as natural color variations, light scratches or scrapes, fraying etc. We do inspect all products when they arrive to ensure they do not have defects such as broken zippers, broken straps etc. As an online retailer, we do not have the high expenses of a physical store front, and as such are able to pass these savings on to you. The designer merchandise we sell is primarily manufactured for the European market. If you are looking for the latest season style in your country, then please buy it at full price in your local department store or boutique.
4. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fullfillment centres in the USA.
5. How long does it take for me to get the item?All in stock items usually ship the next business day, Monday through Thursday, for delivery Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Our preferred shipping carriers are UPS, FedEx, USPS and we offer Free Shipping within the United States. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Google Checkout . All orders must be placed online.
7. Do you ship to International countries?
We ship worldwide via USPS or FedEx for a flat fee of $45.00 per order.
You must contact us by email within 24 hours from the date of delivery confirmation before returning any product(s) in order to receive a refund or exchange. We will then instruct you how and where to return your product(s). Do NOT return to sender. Goods must be shipped back to us within the return period: this commences upon delivery of your item(s) and ends 5 calendar days later (returns must be postmarked within 5 calendar days of the date of delivery). We must be provided a tracking number as proof of return. Items must be returned back to us in their new unused condition as they were sent out to you. This must include any dust bags, tags, labels, serial number cards, authentication cards and boxes that came with the item.
9. Do you accept exchanges?
We accept exchanges on a case by case basis. Email us for details. All exchanges are a final sale.
10. Do you charge any restocking fees?
Unlike many online stores, we do not charge a 10% or 15% restocking fee. All we charge is a $35.00 return transaction fee to cover our handling costs and credit card fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
11. How do you refund my return?
Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, we will send you a confirmation via email. Your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 business days. We are not responsible for any shipping fees for any reason.
12. What if I receive a defective item?
All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure that they are in unused condition. If for some reason you feel that you received a defective item, notify us through email within 24 hours from the date of delivery. You will then be provided return instructions. Goods must be shipped back to us within the return period, then we will exchange your item with a new item. If you do not wish to exchange, the standard returns policy will apply. We are not responsible for any damages to your item that is beyond our control. We do not accept returns on used items for any reason.
13. Are purchases covered with any warranty?
Since designer manufacturers will only warranty an item if you purchased it in their stores for full MSRP, Indulgence Handbags does not offer any warranty to any products sold on our site. However, if you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, you can return any items in new and unused condition in accordance with our Returns Policy.
14. Do you provide a wholesale or drop ship program?
We are an online store only. Purchases made on Indulgence Handbags are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for resale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. If you choose to resell, we do not accept returns for any merchandise that has been resold. No exceptions.
