We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover: Click on the "Google Checkout" button on the "Shopping Cart" page, you will be redirected to Google Checkout's secure site where you will complete the payment information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: For security reasons,  we will only ship your order to your verified billing address. We might request further documents in order to process the order. In order to provide top tier security to our customers, Indulgence Handbags reserves the right to request identity verification via fax, or email.

If we are unable to fully verify your payment information, we will cancel/void your order and send you notification by email that the order could not be completed. If your order has been cancelled/voided, the pending authorization on your credit/debit card statement will not result in a charge. Authorizations can remain in your account for 1-14 business days, but will expire from your account automatically. Contact your bank for details.

We do not charge sales tax.

Orders cannot be adjusted or changed after they have been placed.

No Tolerance Fraud Policy:

Indulgence Handbags has a NO tolerance fraud policy. We protect our customers and our business, and fraud is not taken lightly. We consider fraud to be a serious threat. Any efforts to defraud will be will prosecuted, however possible, to the fullest extent of the law.

We track the originating IP address of all transactions so that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) can be determined so as to pursue prosecution of any fraudulent activity. Actions will be asserted when attempts are made. All credit card information that is provided for any purchase will be verified through Google Checkout to determine if it matches the credit card issuing bank’s information on file.

Any attempts to intentionally provide false information will be construed as fraud and the parties involved may be subject to prosecution. We share all suspicious activities and information with the FBI, IC3 and NW3C and other authorities.
